As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician with our organization, you will play a crucial role in executing personalized treatment plans designed to assist children with autism spectrum disorder. Working closely with a collaborative team of professionals, you will utilize evidence-based strategies to deliver comprehensive behavioral support.

Primary Duties:

Execute behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Document progress and collect data on established objectives Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistency in therapy methods Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance competencies
