Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with a focus on creating individualized treatment plans for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support to promote carryover of skills outside the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
