Enterprising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Cardinal is seeking clinicians passionate about doing what’s right for our clients and families, willing to work hard to make a real difference. We are uninterested in putting in easy work for corporate profits. We are looking for those few BCBAs willing to take on the challenge of doing things differently, who don’t want to work for someone wearing a suit in a New York City skyscraper.

On our team your adaptability and flexibility will shine in an environment full of variety. You will work on a team that’s a little scrappier, and you can be confident that your colleagues will support you when it counts. Cardinal knows that investing in what BCBAs and RBTs need matters more than excessively compensating a board of directors.

With a focus on serving underserved populations, providing in-home services, and individually tailored care, Cardinal is dedicated to putting our families first.
